exception being the day of a holiday. Then you have a 24 hour pass to eat whatever you want. After that, it ends.My theory may not be the best way to approach the excess holiday pounds, so I had better think of another solution. For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to exercise more and get into a routine. I have found that working out gives me the "me time" that I need every day. You are totally alone with all of your thoughts.
This time of year seems like it is the time when going to the gym falls off people's radar. But since I am in a motivated state, I thought I would look into gym memberships. My gym is local and with upcoming holiday travel I need to join a gym with many locations.
I assumed that the big gyms were the ones that people would be seeking out, so I decided to check out what people were searching for on AOL Search. I used to belong to a Gold's Gym and I really liked it there. I also have friends that belong to Lifetime Fitness and really love it there. Oh, or 24 Hour Fitness could be convenient ... you can work out whenever you want!
What gym do you belong to? Planning on joining a gym to fight the holiday bulge? Search for gyms on AOL Search or check out AOL Body for fitness tips.

I have been going to gyms for years but have never found a gym as good as Equinox gyms. Up to date equipment, smart and good trainers and new equipment. My trainer, Sam told me to try a new all natural supplement called Zylene for energy and to suppress my appetite and cravings. After a few months I lost over 10 pounds, but with the excess energy, I am working out harder and stronger and look really good!

I needed to place a follow up to my previous posting. There is an article on AOL about the strong relationship between body fat and cancer.

There are many reasons to stay healthy and fit. Now we have one more. I plan to stick with my workouts, healthy eating and diet from ZyleneBody.

Hey Monty, Thanks for the tip bout Zylene. I go to Powerhouse on Long Island, it used to be Golds. Great equipment too and the trainers are always up on the newest and safest training methods as well as the best supplements. I was talking to a few of the guy trainers there about Zylene and they not only heard about it, a few have been taking it. I went to the site you posted-zylenebody- right away and ordered zylene and the other two supplements. The trainers told me that they are best taken together for maximum results. Wish me luck. I dont want to get bulky over the holidays.

It has been hard to fight the holiday fat recently. I've been using FitConnect.com to track my weight loss. It's a free site, in beta testing right now though.
