manicure and pedicure. Things that stay the same all the time are just so boring! I have friends who have not changed their hairstyle in years. How is that even possible? Getting a makeover and changing your look is one of the most fun aspects of being a woman!Don't get me wrong, men can change their look just as easily as women. It just seems that a lot of the procedures out there are targeted to women. I know plenty of men who go tanning, get their eyebrows waxed and even get pedicures!
When the seasons change I always try to vary my look a little bit. I already darkened my hair, but I want to do something more. I was curious to see what kind of makeover procedures people were looking into. Maybe there is something fun out there that I can get done!
It seems like the makeover searches run the gamut. I am a huge fan of teeth whitening and I really love to get facials. It seems that people are searching for more permanent procedures such as a breast augmentation or botox. I think for this season I will just stick with things that you can have done at the spa ;)

I don't understand the reasoning behind plastic surgery such as breast augmentation or lipo. A woman or man can give themself a complete makeover by diet, exercise and healthy eating habits. We can always whiten the teeth and maintain a youthful appearance, but diet and exercise and keeping healthy are paramount for a full makeover. To boost my metabolism and give me will power support when dieting, I take Zylene. In addition I take vitamins and minerals with Biozyte and Nutravex. All are at http://www.zylenebody.com. The supplements have helped me to make over my body. I am 55 and most think I am closer to 40. keep healthy and go to the gym for the best body makeover!!

I agree Zylene and the other products are truly amazing, all natural and organic weight loss product. Look, feel and stay young with biozyte and nutravex two great antioxident, multi mineral and multi nutrient pills.
These products are as good a monavie, GBG, and other of those antioxident drinks and they include minerals and nutrients you will not find in those dirnks. You will start to see these at anti aging and weight loss clinics as they are the best and most natural products out there.

I think being fit and having good health and well being is very important. I also believe that feeling emotionally and physically refreshed, relaxed and ready for all the holiday celebrations is equally important. I think a day at the spa or perhaps a spa day at home. Either way there are so many wonderful herbal treatments to choose from. Choosing to have a facial or herbal wrap can be very rejuvenating for the body and soul. This can be done at home as well. Nice products, relaxing music, candles and more can make a total
difference in how you feel and therefore how you look and present yourself. It doesn't have to be expensive either. Products and Spa packages can be found in many places online and with coupon codes and rebates, it can be very affordable. So stay fit, enjoy a relaxing spa treatment and try a new hair style, nail color or cosmetics. If

Most of the advertisment photos are of young women between the age of 25 to 35 . I don't think at that age you really have to worry about plastic surgery. The cosmectic industry always shows young woman endorsing their product, that if they use that product they will stay young. How about women in their 50's,you never see costmectic companys using older women .The fact of life is you can slow down aging and look your best but you can't fight mother nature.

I have been obsessed with looking younger since I was 30,now I am 46, I got nervous about the lines on my face, the changes in my body and the unfortunate things that gravity does to our bodies. I do believe now that lots of water, healthy eating and exercise are key to keeping a young healthy look. the best makeover i can think of. I am not a fan of plastic surgery or botox. so Cherie, I do agree with you. So much so that I looked at the site you spoke of http://www.zylenebody.com. Cherie, did you realize that all of the supplements have Resveratrol, the anti aging, cancer and diabetes fighting wonderful biproduct of grapes in it? Now I have to try those supplements. I have been doing a lot of reading on Resveratrol over the past few months, and it seems to be really good and have some incredible benefits.

It is interesting to see that the comments are for selling some kind of product, and I've noticed this repeatedly when anything related to skincare is the topic. Yet, we do need creams, etc., to moisturize and condition skin at all ages. My adult daughters were not for this, but I had a facelift for my 50th birthday, and it was the best investment I've ever made. I had few wrinkles so my skin was in good condition, and I've so few lines/wrinkles now at 54. I'm 5'3", 102 lbs, wear a size 0 or 2, eat well & take vits (and Fosamax), and exercise. I think genes play a huge factor, as do willpower and commitment to exercise and skin care - for ALL areas of health. I believe you need to do what makes YOU feel your best!! Now it's time indulge in some face cream. Sweet dreams.
