How do you choose the one area that is the most important?I am not big on New Year's resolutions. Just because I have the theory that no one ever keeps them. If you really want to improve you life, you should just do it. If you do it on January 1st, it's too cliché. You are bound to fail!
But maybe this year should be different. Maybe I should think about making a New Year's resolution. As my first year in a long time, I want to start small and work from there. So, where to begin?
I decided to check out the New Years searches that people were doing on AOL Search. Maybe this would give me some idea about what resolution searches people were doing. From there, I would have to find some kind of resolution for myself! People are searching for everything from Christian New Year's resolutions to asking themselves what New Years resolutions really are. I did not know that they made New Years resolution cards!
Search for New Year's on AOL Search or check out what is going on in your area on AOL Cityguide.

1. My resolution is to stay fit and healthy, not to get fit and healthy. I was fortunate in Septemeber to find a weight loss plan that work amazing for me. I am eating really well for the first time in many years and I am going to the gym 4 - 5 days a week. I take a group of supplements that give me tremndous energy and are helping mt stay on my weight loss plan. I have lost 28 pounds so far with Zylenebody and am so happy! I am following the eating plan on the site and the supplements are helping me stay healthy if I am missing nutrients ( biozyte and nutravex) and zylene is keeping my appetite curbed. Best thing I have found in my life!

I used to make the same grandeous resolution every year. Lose 20 pounds, work out every day and try to be "perfect". Well that never worked. I learned after over 10 years that I will never be perfect
and I will never work out every day an I also will not be model thin. Thank god, my husband appreciates women with a little meat on their
bones!
I was an obese teen and heavy in my twenties. I have changed my life through Weight Watchers and making small changes in my day to day that I can keep up with. I swear by drinking plenty of water,
avoiding carb laden meals in the evening and trying to get exercise whenever I can. I wear smartsole insoles http://www.smartsole.com to increase the calories I burn with every step. It also tones
muscles. I also try to wear a pedometer to keep track of miles and try to do 10,000 steps every day.
