nd did not care about the brand. Revlon, Cover Girl, whatever... as long as it did the job. Then everything changed. One of my college roommates revealed her makeup artillery. It consisted of luscious Mac brushes, smooth Smashbox eye shadows and Bobbi Brown bronzer that was to die for. And this was just the tip of the iceberg. I had no idea that makeup could be so fun!
So I started my own collection. Over the years I have become brand loyal to a few cosmetics companies. I love MAC eye shadow and their StudioFix line. Smashbox and Benefit are also great. Oh, and Chanel makes a seriously fab lip gloss.
There have to be other people out there who love makeup as much as I do. So I thought it would be fun to check out the brands people were looking for on AOL Search. MAC tops off our list and is followed by Mary Kay. I've heard mixed reviews on Bare Minerals but I have not tried it. I have never heard of E.L.F. Cosmetics but it looks like it could be fun and affordable!

21. I have never really worn makeup till this past April. I was invited to a Mary Kay facial party. I had so much fun and fell in love with the products. I found that the liquid foundation (one of the many options)that Mary Kay offers doesn't feel greasy when it goes on. I fell so in love with the Mary Kay product I became a consultant so I could share my new found love with all my friends & family.

22. Aloette is better than Mary Kary. For an entry fee of $200.00, you get $1000.00 worth of skin care and cosmetics. You only have to sell $200.00 a quarter and if you want to stay current, enroll to get all the newest products for $60.00 and make 20% commision on that! In January, they are giving the whole Aloepure skin care line for $60.00 worth over $200.00! They have the newest skin care from Japan, "Ageless Science" that the Japanese are waiting months to get. Their products are all natural, no lead in lipsticks!

23. After wiping makeup residue off a telephone every time I used it, I began the search for something more "natural" that wouldn't get on everything. Found Bare Minerals about three years ago and think it is amazing!! I use nothing else

24. I like everything from Chanel to Wet n Wild to Revlon and everything in between. I am a makeup maniac and need a 12 step program to stop shopping for it.
One thing I found that is really cool is Bobbie Brown concealer in Sand. It really evens out the most rosecea riddled skin.
Yves St. Laurent makes the best bronzer, and Revlon has great eyes shadows. A neutral one I like is a quad called "Coffee Bean".

25. Sue,
Try the Arcona, you can get it at beauty.com or drugstore.com. I bought the travel for ageing skin, since I am soon to be 44, have roacesa, and have spent my fair share in the sun as well. I think you may just find that your skin will love it :)

26. Have extremely sensitive skin and Clinique is the only facial makeup I can wear. I use their skin makeup and lipstick but still love Maybelline for mascara and eyebrows.

27. I started using Merle Norman Cosmetics makeup and skin treatment
about 6 years ago and it has been the best I have tried. They recently came out with Purely Mineral Foundation along with eye shadow and blush, if you have not tried it you are missing out on a wonderful product. By the way this product is made in the USA
and just celebrated 50 years in business.

28. I use Beauti Control and have for 30 years. People comment on my skin and ask me what I use and then we chat and they become interested in buying the product. I don't make much money on it as I offer a discount. I just love the way my face looks and feels as I am 54 years old. Email me if interested.

31. Have you guys even tried Nicole Miller make up products???? Check out www.nicolemillerskincare.com!
Nicole Miller is a well-known fashion designer who also comes up with her cosmetic products. Her make up includes vitamins and non-caustic ingredients. I used to LOVE and used Clinque for years, but since I've tried Nicole Miller cosmetics, I've switched and used it for 5 years now. It feels good and treats my facial skin well. Even people always make comments on how young and glowly I look. Contact me at kiddies4mama@aol.com.

36. If everyone had the same skin then only one make-up company would be enough. We all have different styles, needs and likes. I am a Jafra consultant and love their products. Jafra is the only skin care line with the Royal Jelly Product Line. Also a new developement that blocks outside pollutants from damaging our skin. Visit www.myjafra.com/rmcgrath to view the products. The best thing about direct selling is that you can try the product before spending your money on something that collects dust.

40. I have used many different brands of makeup from Drug store to Smashbox. I have recently gone back to wearing (as well as selling) MaryKay Cosmetics and I have had so many comments since I have started wearing it again I can't count anymore. Not only do I feel better about myself, my skin is looking better each day due to using the skin care products as well.
