I suppose that I am as guilty as the next person of watching the tragic, cruel, and often hateful things that people do to one another on reality TV. Insert the meanest thing you ever saw on 'Survivor', 'Rock Of Love', 'The Hills' or even the 'Apprentice' here.
But everyone now and then there's nothing better at 'cleansing the palette' than a dose of law & order reality TV style. Our DVR at home is full of episodes from these dispensers of daytime justice.
The cases typically run the gamut of friends, family, business partners, and complete strangers bringing charges against one another. The conflicts range from petty grievances and misunderstandings to surreal episodes that can't be described without pictures and a vivid imagination. Those are my favorite!
Thank goodness that we can rely on road tested 'judicial' wisdom from people like Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown and, if you're lucky enough to have him in syndication where you live, the world famous Judge Wapner.
Anybody out there a fan of these TV Judges? A fan of one we might have missed? Please mention them below and let us know, we'll try to include them next time we tackle this topic.

62. If we had more Judge Judy's , there would be a lot less crime. Can't be mean to criminals in real court, they have more rights than the Judges.

63. Have you ever noticed how Judge Judy just CANT be wrong about anything? She will tell you the sky is green if you say it is blue because to her she is the only right person in the world. Time after time I have seen her make a total fool of herself this way. God forbid someone make an intelligent comment to this woman...she will turn it around EVERY time to suit her needs and try to prove herself right. Just watch.........you will see!

64. JUDGE SHOWS SHOULD BE INFORMATIVE AND ENTERTAING. MARYLIN MILIAN IS BOTH AND BY FAR, NUMBER ONE IN MY JUDGEMENT. JUDGE JUDY IS INFORMATIVE AND CAPABLE, BUT HER AROGANT STYLE QUICKLY WEARS THIN,SO I BECAME A NON VIEWER. JUDY'S COURT IS LIKE A THIRD GRADE TEACHER SCOLDING HER STUDENTS. 65. Judge Hatchett can sometimes be good. But she's not as good as she was when she started. Probably not her fault, and probably fault of the producers. She is basically good, but sometimes comes off as a little whiney. Too often comes of as a little girl playing a grown up part. But still, a fairly good legal mind.

67. I have tried to watch Judge Christina and as someone who has been in law longer than Judge Christina, she is not well versed in law. I know, I know she is a judge..but she rules from her heart not the law. A few cases she has rulled on would definitely win appeals. She is trying to hard to be number 1. It ain't working. As for Judge Milian, I like her, but she spends too much time trying to teach Spanish each day. Who cares what this or that means in Spanish. If she is that in love with her heritage, ask her producers to put her on the spanish channel.

SHE IS WELL-VERSED ON THE LAW, HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR... AND THEN USES GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE.

69. Judge Judy is the only one that acts like a real judge, or as a real judge should in the courtroom. She keeps control of the court. Some of the other judges sit there and look like they don't know what to do when the two opposing parties start arguing or yelling at each other. But judge Judy quickly puts them in their place and regains control of the court. If they continue to disrespect the court she has the bailiff kick them out. The way it should be.

70. Judge Judy is a brilliant woman with many, many years of experience as a judge. Her Family Court experience has given her the expertise to quickly try any of the cases presented. Kudos to her.

71. Both my husband & I watch Judge Judy every week day night. She makes our day. You will always get a laugh. She can always tell when someone isn't telling the truth.

72. What about Judge Alex??? He's the best!! I stopped watching Judge Joe Brown because he can't control his Court Room. The litigants continually shout over each other and it becomes chaos. Judge Joe just sits back and watches rather than taking charge like a Judge should.

73. Thank goodness for Judge Judy. My grandson kept telling me his girlfriend wanted a joint checking account (he makes twice what she does). I always quoted Judge Judy - no, no, no. Fortunately, the last time, he was here when such a case happened. The girl admitted the guy put all his money in the checking account and she used it as she saw fit. Still, she wanted more money for rent and utilities. Judge Judy said no. AND repeated -- do NOT open a joint account. My grandson heeded the advice.

74. I love her theatrics, I find that she is extremely fair in her decisions. She also says what we often think of the person who's getting her attitude. She is a female Simon Cowell and quite frankly without either TV would be so boring. Hence Paula Abdul, your so pretty, you look so well tonight, I'd love her to have enough guts to say, "god your awful" You really Stank tonight. So when it comes to getting it straight from the mouth, I love Judge Judy and absolutely love Simon Cowell.
