I'm so excited that the warmer weather is finally heading our way. Summer time is always fun for grilling out, relaxing at the pool and of course going to concerts. I'm tying to figure out what concerts I would like to attend this summer. I decided to find out what the top searched concert tickets are on AOL Search. I wasn't surprised that Jimmy Buffett and the Eagles showed up at the top of the list. Tailgating at a Jimmy Buffett concert can sometimes be more crazy than the actual concert.
I actually attended a Bon Jovi concert and an Elton John concert, but that was about 10 years ago. We had great seats for both concerts and payed only a fraction of the cost that nose bleed tickets for these concerts would be today. From Alicia Keys to Jonas Brothers people are willing to pay over $1,500 per ticket for front row seats. That to me is absolutely insane, especially for a tween band.

62. buy tickets on ebay day before the concert & get them for CHEAP. the high price brokers/scalpers unload them. just because they ask $1,500 for a ticket doesn't mean someone pay it

64. First of all, I don't understand how Dave Matthews Band didn't make this list, as they have a huge following and prolly are putting on the best live shows money can buy at this point. Second of all if you want good music and are willing to spend $150-200 anyway, you might as well goto a music festival. Tbere are big ones pretty within reach of most places in the country, and you get a whole weekend of great music instead of just one band for one night. Putting that much financial support into the pockets of solely the Jonas Brothers is a joke during the economic times we're in. Support the ones who want nothing more than to entertain you, reguardless of the pay.

65. jonas brother concerts are amazing!!!! i waited outside for 6 hours just to get a ticket and it was all worth it i got 2nd row!!! their tickets used to be 5 dollars and for the burning up tour i paid 100 it is starting to get a little outragous but i expect it to be worth it... but 1500 dollars for front row?!?!? NEVER!!!!

70. Poster hlongstreth1 is right. Someone who is a reporter should know better. The artists don't set the ticket price. And those high prices are set by concert promoters and scalpers.

71. The Jonas Brothers suck big time! It's just a little boy band for all the kiddies and annoying screaming 13,14,15 year old girls. Why does crap music like this get mainstream attention? Music shouldn't be based on looks like it is with most artists these days. That's why I listen to Lamb of God, Machine Head, Slipknot, Trivium, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Avenged Sevenfold, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Seether, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Five Finger Death Punch, Egypt Cental, Bullet For My Valentine, Metallica, Megadeth, etc.....

77. the jonas brothers ARE worth every penny. i went to their when you look me in the eyes tour and my parents paid about $300 for 2 tickets on the floor. they are a wonderful band. i cant wait to see them on their burning up summer tour.

78. Jonas Brothers great role models? Besides their awful and wholly forgettable disposible pop music, they're not much to look up to. Children need real role models to look up to, like firefighters and police officers who risk their lives to save others every day. Not pseudo-Christian nonsense bands pushing a subtle religious agenda on our children.

80. Actually, The Jonas Brothers are very good. I went to the Atlantic City conert thinking I was going to die from all the screaming girls nad found myself enjoying the show as much as they were..minus the blood curdling screaming!! They play their own instruments and sing. They are a very talented group of brothers and have a nice way about them. I am glad my daughter loves them. If they are near us...we go. It is worth every dollar!
