The other day on the radio I heard that drinking from water bottles can actually accelerate the wrinkles around your mouth. Pretty crazy, but it actually makes sense. If you pucker up in the mirror you will see all those lines around your mouth that one day can be permanent wrinkles.I really haven't thought that much about wrinkles but it's never too early to start preventing them. I wanted to know what's the best out of all the wrinkle creams. In my research I found a lot of products that claimed they were 'skin tightening' and an 'instant wrinkle smoother'. However, I am not sure I trust all their claims, so I decided to find out what anti-aging creams were popular among our AOL Search users.
Not having used anti-aging creams before, I decided to read some reviews on the creams from our top searched list. Lifecell Skin Care received the highest ratings for its effectiveness and reliability. The only con for this product was the cost for a 30-day supply is about $200. Wrinkle creams that celebrities use can cost even more than this.
Each product has their own individual benefits. Yonka offers different anti-aging creams for day and night. Jan Marini Age Intervention carries a unique product specifically made to condition eyelashes. Obagi is a professional system that is very good for fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
Is there an anti-aging cream that you would recommend? If so, please tell us about it. Also try searching for anti-aging creams on AOL Search or shop your favorite brands on AOL Shopping.

61. louella, just wanted to say that I have used Obaggi and your right, it really does work! I just wanted to let you know that Rodan + Fields really does give you the same results. I was a skeptic because nothing had worked like that before until now. It's a lot easier on the pocket book too!

64. I have used Philosophy line of products ,along with Bare Essentials makeup. I'm 61 and I'm always getting comments on my skin looking younger. I love Phlosophys' Purity, a face cleanser. It gets rid of blackheads hydrates and evens out the skin tone. You soap users may have to get used to the creamy cleanser , but the rewards are great, I think. I buy on QVC & Sephora store at J. C. Penneys.

66. i had noticed a "dramatic" change in my friend's skin and perhaps thought she had even had a face lift...she introduced me to the "OBAGGI" skin care products, which you can only get initially through a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. after that there is an "800" #, where you can order the products from and get a substantial discount.....this is a pricey system, but the results are unbelievable....products are used in the a.m. and in the p.m....one of them is retin-A....i would highly recommend this system..especially if like me, you have been a sun worshipper most of your life....i had sunspots on the sides of my face, which are completely gone!!

67. I've been using Mary Kay skin care products since my early twenties (I'm now in my early 50's). I love the TimeWise line of products. I started with the Night Solution. Then I tried something I heard on the radio that was much more expensive and didn't work as well. I went back to Mary Kay and bought the whole TimeWise product line. I love that I can return stuff that doesn't work.

68. Hi Everyone,
I was introduced to phenomenal products in 2005 and fell in love. They are incredible. My mother is 64 and is stopped on the street asking what she uses on her skin, she was the one who introduced me to these products. She is a cancer survivor and was looking for a product that was pure, safe and beneficial to your skin and yet WORKED! She's tried every product on the market and by far this is her favorite choice. I do have a friend who loves philosophy too and can't get over our eye cream and alot of the other products. She's a product junky as well. She uses all products but she still comes back to the products I use because it works. I was a user/consultant for the discount for a year and before I knew it, I was being asked about what I was using on my skin so I have since share the line with everyone I know. If you want to learn more about the products or would like a free sample to try, you can visit my website at
www.arbonneonlinewithme.myarbonne.com
sign my guest book and I'll be sure to get one out to you. Hey, you never know unless you try it. It works! And, it's healthy products too!

70. LISA IS RIGHT! Aging is mostly genetic. Although looking at my dad's turkey neck gives me the heebie-jeebies! My mom lived at the make-up counters of every dept. store in a tri-state area and at 90 looks fab...but wrinklie. It's inevitable. I recently spent my 401K on skin care products at Neimans. I almost fainted when I got home and realized what I'd done. I promptly called an ambulance and once revived, returned the products. Skin care products now consume my life.

73. I've been using Avon Anew every single day since it came on the market...20+ years ago?? I am almost 56 and honestly I have very, very few wrinkles. I get compliments on my skin. I use just about any of the anew products every day after I wash my face....usually whatever is on sale on-line. Lately It's been the Retroactive cream. My advice...if you're in your late 20's or early 30's now is the time to start using this product every single day. You won't regret it!

74. I agree that aging has more to do with genetics and diet that anything else. All of the women on my moms side of the family look AMAZING. My 56 yr old mother (who is the youngest of the girls) is often mistaken for being my sister. She has no deep lines on her face and the very fine crowsfeet she has just started developing around her eyes are barely visible. Thankfully, I too have been blessed (so far) as I am 32 yrs old and most assume that I am still in my teens. We do not use any anti-aging products at all. We just eat lots of good fruits and vegetables and also drink a lot of water. I believe that exercise also plays an important role.

75. Did you know that some of your local CVS Pharmacies have trained Beauty Consultants to help you determine the best products for your skin type? Not only that, they offer a 60 day money back guarentee with no hassel, as well as samples. And, if you get a rewards card you earn 2% back on your purchases. Watch your mailers and they have great sales. They carry a product called Preventin which is 75% less $ than the department store's Strivectin. Whenever flight attendants from France go into my local CVS, they purchase all that is on the shelf - they swear by it!

76. Cremes don't work. It is how you live and what you are eating. Nothing you put on works. They always show young models or they touched up the photos.
If all the expensive creams would work, all the rich people would look young but that is not so unless they had cosmetic surgery! I don't believe in sun screen, which is bad for your skin but a money-maker,
and for my age I have ZERO wrinkles. Of course, there is nothing one can do about sagging skin. People tell me they thought of me being 15 years younger and I never ever used creams of any kind but baby oil to remove my eye-makeup.

78. Hi, and thank you Nat for the Happy Birthday. Very much appreciated, and here's an early Happy Birthday wish to you. Oh, the miscarriagehelp.com site is a support site for women who have miscarried, and yes, the book and site are based upon my own experience with miscarriage. However...taking your own adversity and turning it into something to help others puts life's hard 'blows' into some sort of perspective. Believe me, it was sixteen years ago, and I couldn't have done it then. It hurt too much.
Anyway, I think someone asked what discount department store I found the JOEY Egg and Honey firming cream at, and it was TJMAXX. Marshall's probably carries it, too because they are the same company. Thing is, you never know what you'll find there because the product lines always change. However, I've been pretty lucky finding great deals on many products there, including perfumes, etc., and it's certainly worth a look. Last time I was in, (about a week ago), I did see some JOEY products...so for all interested, please give them a look if you have a store nearby.
Blessings- and I do agree that de-stressing, eating right, etc., are number one before skin care products. I use a LOT of guided meditations at night to unwind and like doing yoga & Walk Away The Pounds when I can. I don't claim to be the best when it comes to taking great care of myself, but I'm making strides. In terms of lines on my face- I'll take laugh lines over frown lines any day!
Take Care,
Ellen
