Cellulite ... it is like a four letter word to most women. If you don't have it, you try to prevent it. If you have it, as most people do, then you want to get rid of it.
With bathing suit season upon us, I though it would be helpful to find out what the top searched cellulite treatments are on AOL Search. Treatments such as liposuction and injections like mesotherapy and lipo dissolve can be very expensive, invasive and painful.
Endermologie is a less invasive treatment, but can still be pricey. During this treatment, rollers massage the deep tissue and use suction to redistribute the skin and remove dimpling.
There are other less expensive treatments that can eliminate those unwanted dimples. Some options include cellulite creams such as Murad and Cellex and dieatary supplements or release capsules such as Crystal Star. There are even cellulite exercises you can try.
Do you know of any good cellulite treatments? If so, please tell us about them. Try searching for cellulite treatments on AOL Search or check out AOL Shopping for other cellulite treatments.

Keeping you weight down is one of the best this for Cellulite obviously. But doing so is not an easy thing to do. I have found that zylene has helped me do this.
I feel great and more energy than ever. Want to see your body change infront of your eyes the natural and organic way? Try Zylene like I did.

2. I am a personal trainer /nutritionist and also an avid reader of AOL hot searches.
Everyone is always looking for a way to rid themselves of cellulite. It is not easy and in my opinion no quick fix. A certain portion of it is genetic. Yup if your mom has cellulite, you are more likely to. It is also unfair than most men do not have it!
With that, I think endermologie and mesotherapy are a HUGE waste of money. I have to admit that even though I work out a ton and eat right most of the time I have cellulite and have wasted hard earned money on them. You do see little result, but once you stop the expensive treatments it comes back.
I have found a few things that help other than the most important things like drinking water trying to keep weight fluctuations down.
I like inexpensive nivea cream http://niveausa.com. This helps the appearance of cellulite...doesn't get to the root of the problem, but makes my skin feel smoother.
Try to get exercise in when you can. I love SMARTSOLE anti-cellulite insoles, they increase calories burned
with each step and tone muscles http://www.smartsole.com I feel like I am getting a freebie when I wear them as I am getting additional exercise when I am just shopping.
I also use a pedometer to make sue I do 10,000 steps a day.

3. I found that SMARTSOLE insoles helped with my cellulite too. They are comfortable and I had a little more spring in my step. I think they were one of Oprah's favorite items.
Though it is not for cellulite I liked the CLARISONIC face brush thing she talked about too.

4. Cellutile CANNOT be lost with a pill ever. Cellulite is a physical condition that occurs in thin and fat people. That pill is a total scam. I see the blogs daily on hotsearch and every other blog out there. It is a scam people to get your money for a pipe dream. it is multi level marketing bs. Ask your doctor. cellulite occurs in both fat and thin people. It is chemistry of the layers under the skin. Dont waste money on this snake oil in a pill.

8. I, too, do not recommend the cellulite treatments like mesotherapy and other machines. I wasted over $3,000 on treatments and all I got was bruises and pain.
The treatments are very painful as the machine sucks in your skin and rolls the layers underneath it.
I was originally told it would take a total package of 10 sessions, with results beginning to be seen after 7 sessions. By my 7th session I had seen absolutely nothing, but I was told that the "new protocol" was that you began to see results after 11 sessions and that I needed to purchase an additional 6 sessions for a total package of 16 sessions.
I was furious that I had been misled, and complained to the point that they gave me the additional 6 sessions for free, but I didn't even bother to take them since it wasn't doing any good anyway.
The best treatments are the creams which don't really work either, but they don't cost $3,000 or inflict pain and they do seem to make your skin feel nicer.

9. I have heard of something. Whether it is true or not I do not know. It seems to make sense. It is part of deep tissue massage. (that you can do to yourself)Some massagers use these things, called Acu-cups. You can look them up. They pull at the skin deeply. I have heard this works. But it hurts a little.
Good luck all! and please, do not be so down on yourself about this, it is proven, you look 25% better than you think you do!

11. When was the last time you "easily" got into shape or lost body fat? When you were a teenager? Let's all get real here - losing fat takes effort. And, when you put in the effort and take out the excuses you'll begin to get the body you desire.
Here's a valuable tip: eat less and exercise more!
However, it can be a litle easier if you train smart. Go to http://www.xpressworkouts.com for tons of workouts you can do in 30 minutes or less. Many will only take you 15 minutes!
Do yourself a favor, put a little effort into eating less and exercising more and you'll see and feel great!

12. Spoken like a true man Robert. "Eat less and exercise more" is a great motto to live by and will help you have a healthy weight and body, but does not get rid of cellulite. Why are you even reading this blog about cellulite???

14. I'm 60 years old and can tell you I have tried probably everything on the market short of surgery.... and nothing really works.... try to eat right..... try to keep your weight down, and I do mean try..... drink a little wine everyday.... keep a positive outlook.... and FORGET THE CELLULITE.... it's gonna happen no matter what you do.

15. It's not because Robert's a man, it's because he's right. You can do little about cellulite once you have it. I'm 28yrs old, 5'5", 130lbs and I still have it. Excercise your body, use sunscreen, give yourself good things to eat and you'll look too good all over to notice your leftover flaws.

Save your money and invest it in fish oil softgels 3x/day, a clean (healthy) diet, and regular exercise at the gym along with a trainer. My legs are proof that it actually works. :)
