Choosing a university or college is a very exciting and frustrating time for both students and parents. Prospective students flip through dozens of pamphlets, scan statistics and college course catalogs, chat with student academic services and still can't make up their mind at the end of the day. Parents take their kids on campus tours and offer them unwanted advice on the top colleges. Ultimately, the choice is all up to the student and it is a hard one to make.

Still, there are more questions to consider when searching for a university education that can't always be answered with a campus tour. Do you want a public or private school? Paris Back in Court

Paris Hilton is no stranger to run-ins with the law. Today, the celebutante is back in court with more legal troubles. No, she's not on the hook for drunk driving again. This time, she is accused of not fully promoting her 2006 film 'Pledge This!' Imagine that -- Paris Hilton not promoting herself enough. Inconceivable!

The film's investors filed suit against Hilton for $8 million, claiming she didn't honor her contract to promote the DVD release. Though the film underperformed in the box office, the 28-year-old claims she tried her hardest to promote the film. Hilton is expected to testify in the Miami court tomorrow.

This is a tough week for Hilton, who lost a friend of hers on Friday. Kat McKenzie, 25, was a finalist on the TV show 'Paris Hilton's British Best Friend.' Hilton Twittered about the devastating news of McKenzie's death and expressed her sympathy for the family. The cause of McKenzie's sudden passing is currently unknown.

Stop Your Snoring!

Although I staunchly deny it, I am told that I'm a very loud snorer. I believe 'chainsaw' was the word they used to describe it. The noise doesn't bother me, but out of courtesy I decided to research snoring and look up some possible cures.

Snoring is a common and natural problem, but it sure is a nuisance. The irritatingly hoarse noise comes from the tissues in your throat vibrating as air flows past. The problem seems like it should be simple to control, but nose, mouth, jaw and throat deformities can make the noise worse by narrowing your airway and increasing the vibration. Snoring can also be an indicator of more serious health problems, such as sleep disorders and sleep apnea.

Simple lifestyle changes can help ease the harsh sounds of snoring. Start by trying to sleep on your side. By sleeping in this position, your tongue will stay clear of your airway and allow air to flow freely. If you can't get used to sleeping on your side, try sewing a tennis ball in to the back of your pajamas. It will be too uncomfortable to lie on your back, so you are forced to roll to your side.

Allergies are a common culprit. When your sinuses get clogged, you are forced to breath through your mouth, which increases the likeliness of snoring. Seek allergy relief by asking your doctor for medicine and clearing your bedroom of all allergens, such as pets, dust mites and mold.

Being overweight is also a cause of snoring. Extra weight will narrow your airway and the extra tissue in your throat is more likely to vibrate as you breathe. Try and lose weight through diet and exercise to help ease your snoring symptoms.

When these lifestyle changes don't help quiet the snoring, it is time to turn to one of the many products, drugs, surgeries or medications on the market. The dental appliance could free up the obstruction that is causing your snoring. Likewise, nasal strips, number 8, can help dilate the nasal passage and ease snoring in patients with nasal abnormalities.

Surgery, number 2 on the list, isn't necessary for most snorers, but it can help. A procedure called uvulopalatopharyngoplasty tightens and trims excess tissue from your throat to stop snoring, much like a face lift. Other types of surgeries use lasers, like an uvulopalatoplasty, or radiofrequency, like a somnoplasty, to remove excess tissue and shrink the soft palate.

Wimbledon ended Sunday with Serena Williams and Roger Federer earning the singles titles. Serena knocked out her sister Venus, who she won the doubles title with, and Federer defeated Andy Roddick in a fast paced match.

We posed the question to you: in a singles match, which of the two champions would reign victorious? With an overwhelming majority, 70% of you agreed Williams was no match for Federer, who broke Pete Sampras' record for the most Grand Slam titles with 15 victories.

A Bun in the Oven For Hudson?

Jennifer Hudson brought her big voice and an even bigger (baby?) bump to Michael Jackson's memorial. While everyone's ears were tuned to her beautiful rendition of 'Will You Be There,' their eyes were glued to her bulging belly. Unless she's smuggling a fanny pack under that flowy top, all signs point to pregnancy.

The 'Dream Girls' star and her fiancee David Otunga, from 'I Love New York,' have kept their lips sealed about pregnancy rumors, but one family friend's loose lips revealed there was a baby shower for Hudson in May. Sources report that the singer is around 8 months pregnant. Though Hudson hasn't officially declared she is expecting, her fellow performer Usher (pictured) sure looked comfortable stroking her belly.

Joyce DeWitt Busted for DUI

'Three's Company' star Joyce DeWitt had three too many this weekend and it landed her in handcuffs. The actress, best known for playing the third wheel to John Ritter and Suzanne Somers on the popular show, was arrested for drunk driving on the Fourth of July. Police say the 60-year-old DeWitt was pulled over after she drove past a park barricade and then arrested for DUI when she failed a field sobriety test. She was released on bail, but not before she took a mug shot for the celebrity hall of shame (pictured).

Swine Flu Hits Hogwarts

While 'Harry Potter' fans count down the days until the new movie hits theaters, one of the film's stars is recovering from an illness that has killed hundreds across the globe. Actor Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley in the movies, contracted swine flu while filming the latest installment of the series, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.' The 20-year-old left the set after being diagnosed but has received treatment and is no longer contagious. He is expected to return to the set after attending premieres for the new movie 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,' which opens in the U.S. on July 15. Alas, even for a wizard there is no magic cure for swine flu.

The swine flu outbreak hit its height in June when the WHO raised their alert to its highest level and declared the illness to be pandemic. Britain has the highest number of reported swine flu cases in Europe with nearly 7,500, but only four deaths.

Kendra Wilkinson went from 'Girls Next Door' to real housewife in less than no time. After dumping Hef and moving out of the Playboy Mansion, Kendra proudly announced that she was over her Playboy ways. That didn't last long!

The expectant mother went back to the Playboy Mansion on Saturday to tie the knot with Hank Baskett, a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles. The mansion is a beautiful place for a wedding, but we asked you if it was weird that she got married at her ex's. The votes are tallied and 64% of you said it wasn't strange at all. Bad News for Jonas Brothers Fans

Sorry ladies, one-third of the Jonas Brothers is about to replace his purity ring with a wedding band. Guitar-playing heartthrob Kevin Jonas popped the question to his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa last night. The eldest Jonas brother, 21, surprised Deleasa, 22, by showing up at her New Jersey home and dropping to one knee with a diamond ring that Jonas designed himself.

The happy couple met in 2007 while their families were vacationing in the Bahamas. But before you ladies start planning your vacations around the JoBros' tour schedule, Joe Jonas is already taken by Camilla Belle and rumor has it that Nick Jonas is seeing Miley Cyrus.

'Bachelor' Dumpee Now Engaged

Five months ago, the U.S. watched as Melissa Rycroft, 26, had her heart broken on live TV . During 'The Bachelor' finale, Jason Mesnick dumped Rycroft and got back together with the show's runner-up, who he had dumped for Rycroft.

In an astounding rebound, Rycroft bounced back and went on to become a fan favorite on 'Dancing With the Stars.' The intense rehearsals whipped the Dallas Cowboys cheerleader's already great figure into a knock out physique that landed her on Maxim's list of the Hot 100. Eat your heart out Jason!

Now, Rycroft has found love with a 28-year-old insurance agent, Tye Strickland. The couple had been dating off and on for 2 years when Strickland popped the question last Friday. Congrats on the engagement you two!

Coming off the news of Michael Jackson's sudden death, there are still so many unanswered questions. What caused his cardiac arrest? What will happen to Neverland Ranch and his estate? Who will get custody of his children?

All those questions aside, we have now answered one age-old MJ question. We posed to you: Which was Michael Jackson's best era? Surrogate in the City

Unlike her 'Sex and the City' character, Sarah Jessica Parker has readily taken to motherhood. She and husband Matthew Broderick welcomed twin girls to the world via surrogate mother. After many unsuccessful attempts to conceive following the birth of their son James, the couple is overjoyed to welcome two more to their clan. The girls, Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, were given family middle names from Parker's side, according to sources.

With two new girls to worry about, SJP will have a lot on her plate later this year when she is set to film the 'Sex and the City' sequel with her three other girls -- Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall. The film is due out in 2010.
